Close Out Procedures

The ePUNCHLIST staff can develop closeout procedures to formally close out the project in a Completion Plan that is prepared to meet or exceed ISO 9000 standards.  This plan can be initiated 90 days prior to the completion of the major construction activities. 

 

Develop Punchlist

The  ePUNCHLIST staff can conduct initial, pre-final and final inspections, and shall develop a punch-list for each aspect of the project at the substantial completion stage. The punch-list shall consist of a compilation of items that should be completed in order to comply with the requirements of the contract documents. The ePUNCHLIST consultants can monitor, schedule and expedite performance of all work described in the punch lists.

 

Verify all Contractual Obligations

The ePUNCHLIST consultant can verify that the Contractor has provided all contractual obligations in accordance with the construction contract prior to closing.
